RecommendedBought a new 2019 Specialized Hybrid on Market Place and dealt with Drew their online specialist. Paid for it yesterday along with $45 UPS shipping charge. I didn’t expect to see it until the weekend but it got delivered today! It was not as advertised (supposed to be a 2018) actually a year newer!! Great service and sweet Bike!

Fantastic customer experience buying from their Ebay online store! Not only was it a great deal and shipped quickly, but Dan spent quite a lot of time yesterday answering all my questions via follow up e-mails and phone calls, including talking to the manufacturer's sales rep and getting back to me. These guys take customer service seriously, and are very very good!
Ben's helped me rebuild a wheel that kept breaking spokes, it turned out great! They also have really fast shipping for misc. parts.

What I like best is the staff at Ben's; Alex is a very knowledgeable and professional mechanic who takes the time to understand what I need and then give me options including DIY alternatives. I never feel that my questions are dumb! The shop has a huge range of parts, accessories, all types and brands of bikes AND a training studio!
Drew has been a big help to me as I amass parts for my CAAD13 build. Quality service, indeed!
