Been coming here since I was a child for everything from pegs to new bikes. Always been the best. Always great employees.
Was told I'd need to come in to speak to Vince, who would be there regarding a bike sale. Loaded up my bike and advised I'd be down in 10-15 minutes. Arrived within that time only to find Vince had left to get some drywall. Great customer service for a repeat customer. This was the last straw after I'd ordered a bike this spring and was never contacted that it came in. Only, I saw THAT bike sitting in the show room. I'm done with this place!
I've been going there for parts for 44yrs, Always worked on my bike along with my Friends. Looking forward to going back SOON so my son can buy his next bike from y'all. Very Cool... Thanks for always being there.
Order a part for my bike and turned around a repair on my bike for a race in two days.
