I purchased a house in Wake Forest almost 5 years ago. After I decided to retire and downsize, I contacted Cal and Valerie to sell my house. Cal and Valerie had sold my house years ago when I lived in Raleigh. They handled that sale flawlessly, even though it was a difficult sale. Cal’s legal background was extremely beneficial.
