So our car was in an accident and has been at this collision center for five weeks. When we call to see what's going on, it's excuse after excuse the first being that the guy assigned to our car quit. Why should that be our fault? Called last week, car was supposed to be done Friday. Called yesterday, no return call. Never again will I take a car there for repair and at this point I won't buy another vehicle from them.
