Took my used nissan murano i purchased there about a month or ago because of belt and to check brakes.....instead if just cleaning rotors they replaced them. The brakes had 1/2 life on them yet but they replaced them also. Put 2 new belts on. Great service and great communication. I also cant say enough about our salesman Joe Colon and sales manager Gary Albanese.....joe was not your typical high pressure salesman.....he listened to what we were looking for. The sales guy was great. But, there was more than 1 error in the paperwork that the finance guy completed. Honestly, in retrospect, I should have figured since it seemed to go so quickly...I should have questioned whether or not it was thorough and correct. Now, I'm extremely frustrated and doubt that I will renew my lease or recommend this business to anyone. Not a happy customer.
