Called to service my 06 rav, asked if I could have a loaner while mine was being serviced. Told no loaners, but they would be happy to RENT me one. Mind you my car is 8 years old. A smarter move would be to be more customer friendly and offer me a brand new one to entice me to purchase a new one. But there thoughts were on how they could maximize profits now. So they lost both. I called Krause and they had no problem LOANING me a new model. Which one truly offers customer service and sees the bigger picture?
Very happy with my Camry people there were great & got me a good deal, Great customer service, "No Complaints"
