My husband and I went to Bennett yesterday on a whim and recommendation from a good friend. I didn't need a new car because I loved my RAV4! However mine did not have 4 wd and if we would've been able to trade in and get a similar car with 4wd we'd like to. Needless to say I walked out of the dealership with the same car I already loved with 4wd and a few extras I didn't have before. Had the worst sales experience in my life Friday night at Bennett Toyota in Allentown, Pa. My fiancé and I test drove a 2013 rav4 limited edition and after much negotiation, shook hands with the sales man Tom and Mike the numbers guy. At the time we were excited. We did all the paperwork and even had the keys in our hands only to be told 3 hours later that they will not be selling us the car because of paperwork error on their part.
