My name is aletha Fowler I been in pain for 13years I went to doctor proto after seeing other doctors about the same problem doctor proto did surgery two weeks ago and I have not been in severe pain going on two weeks which seems like a life time and I thank god for dr. proto he's so amazing he saved my life
Dr. Proto was very easy to talk to, he did a great job with my surgery and I would welcome his service in the furture. The staff at TPMG has a warm welcoming atmosphere. Ada from Newport News Va.
As I wear hearing aids I was especially pleased that the receptionist spoke clearly and I could hear her very well.
Dr Proto and his team are excellent. You can tell when he talks to you that his concern is for his patients.
Wish I had gotten a little more clear into abiut care after my surgery. Was told at a visit I ciuld start wraring a shoe again then in most resent visit I should still be in an air cast and that my foot alignmeant was off.
Very professional and took the time to listen.
Dr Proto is great as is the office staff. And, I do love the new online check in system. But TPMG billing is terrible. The bills never seem to be accurate.
Arrived at 1:20pm. My appointment was at 1:40pm but I wasn’t taken to the room until 2:10pm. Finally saw the doctor at 2:40pm. Despite that the staff was friendly and professional. No issues with the doctor’s analysis and treatment plan.
Have seen Dr. Proto in both the Williamsburg and Newport News Office. Staff has been excellent at both offices. Dr. Proto listens, answers my questions and has resolved my foot issues. I am thankful.
