We needed sewer line work done due to a pending sale of the home. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing responded very quickly to our concerns. All of the employees were extremely polite and professional. Emails or phone messages were returned very promptly. The work was completed on the day as promised with minimal disruption to the yard. The repairs passed the city inspection and we were told they did a great job.
