Re: Ben Franklin Plumbing NewHope. Overly excessive charges: price gauging!! Example: $ 805.00 for for fixing 2 dripping faucets and one toilet fill valve. Approximately One hours work. Sign the contract and your stuck with the bill no matter what price! They have had to hire Mike Row of Dirty Jobs to attempt to get their reputation back. Also, the better Business bureau is next to worthless, as they side with business, as obviously they don't want to put them out of business! Don't believe the 4.9 rating!
