The young man Shane did a great job and explainedc what he was doing fully to me answering any of my questions.
Dave came out to take a look at our main line that was backing up. Prior to starting work, he explained all the steps he was going to take to troubleshoot the problem, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. He got our main line opened back up, and we where extremely pleased with the results. Dave is a great representative of Ben Franklin Plumbing

I had your plumber come out approx 5-6 weeks ago to clear a clogged drain, he said there was an obstruction and could,not clear it,donât get me wrong, he was a nice guy. Well, it turned out he could not unplug the drain, the problem was still there. So today I had roto rooter come in to try clearing the drain. To my surprise, they were able to do it in 20 minutes, so I had to pay twice for the same problem. Not feeling to good about that, would NOT recommend you guys.
