I had and toilet break down and tried contacting other companies that didnt even return my calls. My daughter suggested Benjamin Franklin and requested an appointment online. Within 30 min someone called me to set up an appointment. When the plumber Sergio arrived, he reviewed my issues which required a new toilet. The problem was a hidden water leak, draining from a light fixture, the source of which could not easily be determined. The service technician, Charlie McCarty, after asking a few questions and doing some efficient searching, went directly to the problem. This guy is a very fast and efficient professional.

Abe managed to make an unexpected repair and expense a lot less stressful and if you can imagine, even relaxing. His expertise and professionalism were perfect. He was flexible and accommodating to all of our questions, provided options and information, and never made us feel pressured. I would have him back again in a heartbeat if ever needed. Chu provided prompt, honest, expert and efficient service. Would have him back here for future work in a snap—except I’m hoping not to need a plumber here again anymore🤪🙏🏽. But, this is an old house...
