I wouldn’t recommend bill , over priced , told us we need a 100 part$ that cost 1000 to repair ( with a 200 coupon-lol)or we should get a new water tank . Charged a service fee and didn’t even look at heater . Called another company , came out for free for estimate . And found the fix for 200$ . It’s a shame because they replace the tank in 2013 . And now I had a issue and wanted to rap me .
The work they do is outstanding. Bill Zimmerman is professional,courteous and explains the work he is going to do every time. I have my daughter and mom who have been using Benjamin Franklin plumbing. 10 stars. From me and my family. We Always know the work will be done right. Thanks
Bill saved me from having a disaster with frozen pipes
I just moved inn to my new condo yesterday and had a major plumbing issue today. I called because they were recommended and jim was there in the same day! He did a wonderful job of diagnosing the problem and taking care of it.. Was so impressed.. He saved the day!! I'm now a loyal customer!
