Benjamin Franklyn did a conversion of oil to gas at my house and they did a wonderful job. The two technicians that did the work, Michael and Justing, were amazing. They were very professional, very thorough and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained every part of the job. I am very satisfied with the work.

Excellent service. We'll start with the often overlooked fact that he was pleasant. He explained the options with pricing and covered possible problems. Couldn't ask for anything more as a consumer.

Be careful—do not use this company under any circumstances. I called them to deal with a clogged toilet; they spent three hours working on it but couldn't fix the problem, yet they still charged me $2,170. They claimed they needed to break up the floor to access the underlying pipes and quoted $4,100 for that job. Since I had guests staying with me, I told them I would think about it.
