I must say that the team at Ben Franklin Deer Park is top notch. I have worked with them multiple times now and they have always been quick, honest and upfront. They work efficiently and leave everything clean when. The technicians are courteous and answer all questions. They are quick to resolve any issues that may arise and are focused on the customer experience. I would recommend them to everyone!

Jim was fine, found the problem right away. Did the repair checked for any leaks under sink and basement very pleased
Jim Butler was incredible. A true detective who would not give up til he could resolve the issues. Also brought up items that needed attention that I would not have known about. Can't wait til he comes back to fix 2 more difficult issues.

Called B Franklin plumbers for an estimate on a new water heater. Mine was not blown but it needed replacing soon. I was met by a salesman...... I call him a salesman rather than a plumber because all he wanted to do was up sell me things and services I did not need. 1st the guy tried selling me a water heater that was bigger than the one I had because. “This old heater wasn’t delivering enough hot water” I’ve lived here 20 years never had a problem with a lack of hot water. My hot water heater broke on a Sunday. They sent Andrew to diagnose the problem.. I needed a new one. He came back Monday morning at 9 sharp and did a fantastic clean and courteous job. I will call then if need be again
