I have had my 580 Barrage for a few years now. I have sent it in for repair twice, the first time the spring assist started acting funny and they replaced all internal workings as well as oiled and cleaned the entire knife inside and out FREE. Recently I dropped the knife on my gravel driveway and the tip broke, it couldn't have landed any worse. So I sent my knife in with a note explaining what happened. Had one of the handle screws fall out of my 916 Triage, no questions asked they sent me replacement parts on the house. Package arrived withing a week, and now she's good as new. Great products, great customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you Benchmade! April 2016 edit: Sent my Infidel in for warranty service, and it came back a brand new knife. I've owned my Benchmade for 4 years now. I've skinned mule deer, antelope, Whitetail, Salmon,Black bear, and it's been the greatest longest lasting knife that I've ever owned. Only sharpened twice since owning. Holds a incredible edge. Definitely worth the $105.
