Best Knives on planet earth! I purchased 2 for my dad as gifts before i purchased mine. Man was i missing out! I have used kershaw knives for years and they are good, but the benchmade takes it to a new level. I have the Osborne assisted open and it is so sharp and just feels quality in my hand. Thanks for making such great knives!
Received my Griptillian 551 Mel Pardue yesterday via Amazon. Immediately unboxed it and to my dismay and disappointment saw that one of the screws in the handle above the clip was missing ! It left their factory with a screw missing; doesn't speak well for their product design, workmanship or Quality control! Where I live there are no Benchmade service outlets, so how do I fix it? Benchmade are you going to ship me a set of screws and a torsion tool kit ? Really shoddy !
Excellent product, excellent customer support, excellent service .....I've had benchmade knives for years, and own many, from fixed blade to auto's. .. I just received back three of my EDC knives that I sent in for lifesharp service for minor wear concerns... I receive them back and like brand new immaculate condition..but that's not why I'm writing this review..I'm writing it because the service I received is the service.
