Great customer service department. Great.. Great knife.
I've owned the Benchmade Presidio Auto for about a year now and I love it. By far the best of it's kind that I have ever had. It's built rock solid and so far I have no reason to think it won't stay that way. A couple weeks ago I hung the belt clip and bent it. I decided to contact Benchmade about the cost of getting a new clip. They just sent me a new clip and even included the screws for it. I love my knife.
I have a model 940 in matte green with a smooth reverse tanto blade & a 537 in black composite with a smooth tanto blade. Love the AXIS lock system on both of them. Wouldn't trade em' for anything...
I just purchased 3 knives for my family members that serve and have served in the military 2 Nivramus and 1 Barrage Axis.What beautiful knives great work Benchmade!
