Best knives I've ever owned! Used the LifeSharp service for the first time this past week and I will be sending my knife in annually to be re-sharpened by them.
Benchmade knows the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sent in my knife for service with a 3-4 day turnaround. Was a 24 hour turnaround! Necer any question about why it needs service. Highly recommend Benchmade knives.

Just received my custom 580 Barrage with S30V blade. I was super excited to get it, but once I felt the handle and the grip (lack of) I was really disappointed. I don't see why there are fans of this knife. Pros - 1) Good blade quality and cut. 2) Accurate custom printing. 3) Lightweight. 4) Stronger spring opening than my AFO-II Auto drop point. Cons - 1) The lack of texture/grip of the valox resin handles. Even with the decorative scalloping and angled cuts, there isn't enough texture for me. I feel that even my old 2003is... read more
I carry a close quarters combat folder I bought in the late 90's, it's seen it's fair share of work and is still an awesome knife as the day I bought it. I highly recommend Benchmade knives.
By far my favorite EDC knife...Benchmade Barrage 581 with M390 steel blade, assisted opening and Axis system. Rock solid, very nice grip, edge holding, comfortable in both hand and pocket not to mention gorgeous! If I could only have 1 folder to carry, this is it hands down.
