Excellent Customer Service! Had this knife for 10 years and the spring finally broke. They replaced he spring, refinished the handle, fixed a broken screw, and shipped it back to me for free! I will definitely buy more benchmade products.

Knives hold an edge wonderfully, takes abuse, and excels in any environment. Smooth opening, avoids rust nicely and gets scary sharp. Keep it up!
Dropped my boyfriends knife off to get sharpened. The Benchmade Staff replaced the spring, sharpened it, added a new clip and painted/replaced the cover. This was all done under warranty and in a timely matter! Fantastic people and fantastic work. 5 year old knife looks like new! Thank you!
