I’ve used Ben White Florist for a couple of years now. Probably about 5 times. They have always been remarkable when it comes to service and design. This Valentine’s Day was the first time they made a mistake. The system was frozen and had to place my order manually. They forgot to add an upgrade I requested. However, as soon as I notified them of the mixup They made everything right! They were able to fix it all on the same day, the busiest time of the year, Valentine’s Day! These guys are AWESOME! �

My very first time at B.W.F. and I have to say it was a great experience. I needed a great bouquet for my mom-in-law and what I got was an AMAZING bouquet. I'm always willing to pay for quality, and that's what I got along with really great service! It was a unique arrangement.There wasn't ten others like mine sitting in a cooler. They don't do basic at Ben White Florist!

Wonderful communication and service and GORGEOUS flowers! I sent a few inspiration photos to Ben White Florist and they made a bouquet that represented my vision beautifully.
I don't live in Austin- so I blindly googled and was so impressed by the more organic arrangements that BWF offered- when they were delivered so Beautiful!!!! Highly recommend!

This place is awesome!! Staff is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped me today to pick out flowers while on my lunch break, for my mom and sister's birthday. (message for the guys: this is a great place when you need some gorgeous flowers for your significant other.) I got two really cool arrangements, choosing flowers that described who they were. I didn't give them the flowers until after 9o'clock this evening, and the flowers still looked amazing!
