after they assured me they would contact me when the Gizmo watches have a promotion available and giving me the wrong dates for a deal, they refused to help me in any way. not very pleased with the lack of support or willingness to offer the deal after this. save the effort and shop elsewhere. even best buy is more helpful than these guys.
RecommendedAMAZING staff & service!! Went in that day with a malfunction on their end, left my phone & laptop with them while I went about my day and it was the first time ever I was able to bring my phone in with an issue and had it resolved the same day without having to rip my hair out in frustration lol. & I didn’t even have to ask to speak to a manager😉 an overall great experience I’d say.
