We changed over from Straight Talk to Verizon several months ago when they had the promotion to trade in our used phones and get money for them and receive the IPhone11. We started 3 new lines with 3 phones and worked with Macy in the Valley City location. We were supposed to get $200 gift cards for each of us. RecommendedWe went to the Alexandria location yesterday right when they opened. There were 5 of us ready to switch to Verizon. Luke was the main person ready to take on our multiple questions. We were able to switch service plus set up 5 new phones in less than 2 hours. Our expectation was at least 4 hours. Ashton Collins at the BeMobile location in Platteville, WI went above and beyond in helping my daughter and I set up her Apple Watch. The update to pair the phone and watch took a little longer than expected (not his fault) and he kept us busy with great conversation. He was so down to earth and made what could have been a frustrating experience, very enjoyable. I would recommend anyone go to this store for your cellular needs. I will be going back to see Ashton when I’m ready for my upgrade!! Excellent! 100/10 ⭐️
