After being told I would have service and paying 75$ for said service I have none and after calling them and telling them I was told all sales are final and so I have been jipped out of 75$. BUYERS BEWARE
Was hoping to have a good experience by signing a phone contract vs doing prepay. Wish I wouldn’t have. My husband came in shortly after we got our plans figured out and needed to make a change to a plan for our son. Of course it was no problem at all! Until we get our bill and they forgot to tell him it came with an $80 charge because he made the change within a certain timeframe. So their mistake, but we’re paying for it. I’m worried about other future surprises on our bill now.
Tried to support local business but should have just ordered my sons phone case online. Wouldn’t have been told incorrect information and definitely wouldn’t take over 2 weeks to receive. Lessons learned!
