very poor customer service and care in my case. after a month of ordering my prescription safety glasses I had to call them to inquirre and they told me that the order had not gone thru. they said that they would have then walked throgh at that point ant that it would take a week and a half. today 2 weeks after that I called them because thy never called me and they are telling me that they will have them next week. they lack a system or way of checking up on orders to their vendors in osder to keek some of us waiting this l... read more
Dr Waggoner and staff were all great and made my daughter feel comfortable for her first eye exam
Everyone is sooooo nice and helpful! Dr Waggoner is awesome and super knowledgeable. I love going there and recommend it to all of my friends!
I am so happy they rechecked my eyes. There blurry but it's okay she order me different lenses. But happy with the serves they are all very polite
Worst service EVER! Joy basically told me to order my replacement contact from another company she could not help me. Asked for the office manager to call me and she never did. When I went up into the office they told me there was nothing they can do at 5:30 and would have to call me tomorrow. Well I waited all day for someone to call me and that did not happen. I would not recommended the eye center.
They have the best customer service and the most awesome employees. Highly recommended. �
