This place has definitely gone downhill. The receptionist is rude. We waited an hour after the appointment before they even called us to the back. While picking out glasses for my two sons, (who the appointments were for) we were getting our old glasses adjusted. They broke the arm on mine and super glued it! Did not even tell me about it and I noticed after I was rushed out. Now I can't even wear them. Waste of time and money!
Customer service is horrendous! Spent days leaving messages and calling trying to reach them with no call back or answers. I finally went in person and discovered that the office was bcompletely absent of customers and the front desk staff was just sitting with the phone ringing consistently and they didn't even reach once for it. I explained to them that I had been trying all week to get an answer on the phone and it would just ring and ring. I went to pick my daughter glasses up and they gave them to another child with the same name I heard the receptionist on the phone calling them then they told me the reason the glasses wasn't ready was cause the frames didn't pass inspection was hoping to get fixed
dont know about staff in the back or the Dr., but the Mexican lady in the front is very rude. she made it very clear I was late which is no problem but to huffed and puff me to ask if I was too late to see the Dr and to reschedule another appointment. shows me she didn't want to do her job and punch in some letters on keyboard. YOUR JOB IS BY THE HOUR HONEY SO CHEER UP!!! Glad I didn't go. heard they are wayyyy overpriced...sorry NOT SORRY you lost my buisness
