My Dad was admitted to Bellin for 5 days as he was quite ill & should've died. He received excellent care not only from the doctors, nurses, cna's, but even food service & housekeeping. Every person that came into explained things in common English terms so we all could understand. It didn't matter how many questions we asked, the doctors, nurses, etc answered them all. We felt like we were the only patient there, but weren't. You saved my Dad's life and there are no words to express how thankful we are for the care he recei... read more
A toilet next to the bed �? That made me feel even worse. The bed was ice cold and the nurse zoomed out of the room before I could ask for a blanket. Who wants to sleep next to a toilet? Maybe a prisoner.
The staff that has been taking care of our 80 year old Dad over the last two weeks has been outstanding. From the transporters and kitchen staff all the way to head surgeons... Bellin is filled with dedicated, caring individuals who are truly dedicated to healing in a professional and loving manner. � thank you Bellin!
Was just contacted by Bellin Cardiology Associates about an appointment that my Dad "missed" yesterday, that we did not even know he was scheduled for. They also want to discuss putting him on blood thinners, which he is already on, and has been on for quite some time, and which they had him stop taking before he had a procedure done earlier this year!!! Very tired of this place-the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing here.
