What a great group of people! And I mean EVERYONE I met while I was there with my daughter as she had her baby. The doctors and nurses are amazing on the maternity floor, as is everyone at Generations and the High risk office. The valets, the gate keepers, the custodians, the food service... y'all know how to take care of folks. You are a blessing! Thank you all!!
I went to Bellin for my first time in February 2018 to give birth to my daughter and over all the experience was nice the only complaint I have is that not all the nurses are there for your needs some of them would just come in do what they need to do and leave but on the other hand some of the nurses went above and beyond to make sure I had water, clean room, helped me with nursing since I’m a first time mom and had no idea what I was doing. The visit itself when pretty good, problem lies in that when I finally received the bill I received two separate bills both for the exact same thing. When I called about it I was told that the charges were completely legit and that Bellin was charging me for the emergency room visit and the physician was also charging me for the emergency room visit. Had to have an emergency surgery today, everyone was wonderful! All the surgical nurses and Dr. Massee were very informative. Thank you everyone at bellin for such a wonderful experience!! Very impressed with how fast I got checked in to the end of the surgery. Everyone involved did an amazing job! Thank you bellin staff!!

My Dad was admitted to Bellin for 5 days as he was quite ill & should've died. He received excellent care not only from the doctors, nurses, cna's, but even food service & housekeeping. Every person that came into explained things in common English terms so we all could understand. It didn't matter how many questions we asked, the doctors, nurses, etc answered them all.
