we been to the ER 3 times in two weeks for my wife's abdominal pain and it's still not diagnosised they do their three basic test and say there nothing wrong and send us on our way. The er lpn talked down to us and said our case wasnt an emergency, mean while my wife can barely function and take care of our two year old. In the almost 6 hours there we seen her twice. I can not thank Dr. Justin LaCrosse in the Escanaba clinic enough for the outstanding care I receive each time I have to visit my doctors office. He is very gentle, humorous, and has excellent bedside manner. I will not go to anyone else. He saved my life when I thought I would never get through anxiety issues. He focused on what our plan was going to be and we made decisions together. He truly cares about his patients he is an exceptional doctor. Wonderful people here. Very respectful staff. Exceptionally well trained. They take great pains in describing what is going to happen each step of the way. Wonderful people and i always feel secure and confident in their recommendations and greatly value their health care support. Best medical facilities around by far.
My primary care provider relocated mid 2018 and I was so worried about finding another provider I could connect with and feel comfortable talking to. I'm so grateful I was able to connect and establish comfortable care with Erin Patz in Marinette. I am not an easy person to deal with and admittedly I hold high standards because of all the terrible care I've recieved in the past but she holds the bar and I appreciate her so much for that.
For one thing letting the mother of the child in the room. I showed up late on my childs appointment and they were not letting me in. I politely kept asking if I can go back and they said to sit down. I waited five minutes if not longer to get back there and missed most of the appointment.
