I like most of the people that is see at Bellin. Been going there for years. I just went in to a clinic for a foot injury he looked at it and said "do you know where OSMS is, because that's where you should go they can help you there" . Well if that's how it's going to be maybe the schedulers should tell you that so your not sitting on an extra bill for a Doctorr that didn't or wasn't going to do anything. Arrived for an appointment today and was told my physician was running 45 minutes late. I know they have my phone number, they ask for it every time I come in, even after I confirm online when appt is made. A simple phone call before leaving the house is a much better solution than just assuming that I can wait once here. No apologies offered, I guess I am just supposed to take it. Absolutely terrible place! Prescribed wrong medication, ended up being allergic. Went in to get a script for the correct medication and was charged for another complete visit. I think this is wrong and they made zero effort to rectify the situation, just said sorry nothing we can do. Avoid going there at all costs.

Bellin’s new financial policy is a joke. They used to have the HELP loan to pay your balance off over a maximum of 3 years, was informed no longer offering the loans and balance needs to be paid off over 2 yrs. For someone with chronic medical conditions and high deductibles this puts a burdon on patients. Definitely will goto HSHS St Vincent for future needs they have 3 year interest free loans
I have been with Bellin for 40 yrs and the past few years have been horrible with Doctors/Physican Assistants leaving Bellin for what ever reason. I was being tossed around to different Doctors/Physican Assistants nobody seems to know who is doing what. Prescriptions not being filled due to changing of doctors very frustrating, appts being rescheduled three times not on my doing. I decided to take the leap and move onto a different hospital/dr office all together. It was getting crazy.
The food was excellent , the staff was friendly
Had surgery with Dr. Foster. Dr. Foster, Jenny Cumacek, the nurses at the clinic, the girls in pre-op, post-op and short stay recovery were all amazing. The care I had was wonderful. Thanks to everyone. My recovery is going great!!
