We were traveling from Michigan to a game in Indy for when we had a blowout on our left front tire. While I and the boys changed the tire, my wife found the nearest Bell Tire (about 30 minutes away in Fort Wayne) She explained the time crunch we were under and they check stock, pulled the tire and had it ready to change when we got there. Got new tires on my Van was out in less than an hour found out I had something that needed to be A-line and they took care of it
Went in to get a tire fixed, picked up framing nail on the road and they took me in and in 20 minutes I was out and on my way. Don’t know if it was because I’m a vet but there was no charge for the tire repair. Thanks again and I’ll be back to buy my tires there.
By far the BEST customer service I have EVER received! I will never go anywhere else!
For the last few months about every 3 weeks the low tire pressure light would come on in my car. Today I took it to Belle Tire with no scheduled appointment to see if they could figure out what was going on. About 45 minutes later the guy came out told me which tire it was and said that there was no charge and they fixed it for me. Today was the first time I've ever been there but I'm officially going to make sure I'm a repeat customer! Wonderful customer service!
