Hit a curb pretty hard and had to get my rims/control arm replaced. Since I needed new tires I went to Belle Tire for the entire repair. After they replaced the parts my brake lights did not work and the control arm has had major issues causing my passenger tire to almost fly off. Spent over $2100 for parts/tires and my car is still unsafe and unusable. I've finally taken it back to the dealer to get the proper repair since Belle couldn't handle the job after 2 visits. Don't waste your money here.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Belle Tire (Illinois Road, Fort Wayne, IN). I went there for a second opinion on repairs. Their customer service was outstanding. They were able to get me in right away, with no appointment. Took me into the shop and showed me the specific issue. Derrick is the store manager, and is one of the ONLY truly good people left on this earth. He is kind, and has a good heart. He gave me literally the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. I will NEVER do anything related to my vehicles anywhere ever again except for this specific Belle Tires. Derrick has remewed my hope for the human race. I can not put into words how good of an experience I had at this place. Wish I could give more stars than just 5.
