Wonderful experience at Belle Tire. Adam was so helpful and friendly and willing to answer all my questions, no matter how many i came up with. James and Matt were very nice as well. I showed up for my appointment a day early (my fault) and they were still willing to get me in on the spot and find me tires that were in stock, as mine were included on the truck that was to be delivered the next day. Very friendly, gave me information on my alignment without the big sales push to do it that moment. Will definitely recommend to others!

I really enjoyed my visit to Bell. First I brought my daughters car, some new tires and a new battery. Derrick The Assistant Manager treated me with professionalism. He informed me if other issues with the car, but never forced a sale. I'm in now for my Mustang and the same is true. Great service, convenient and timely with no up selling. Bell has a new customer due to Derrick and the employees at Bell Tire on Illinois road in Fort Wayne.
Terrible service from the big guy with the beard. Waited 2 in a half hours for 4 tires and alignment. Only because the big guy didn't want to help anyone but the cute school teacher. Got alignment check and instead of asking me if it's approved to do, the guy say my paperwork down and forgot about it. 25 min later the mechanic came back up to see if it was approved and I haven't even been asked yet.
