This place is a joke!!! Such a great product and it’s a shame that the employees running the store front in coral gables are all terrible. Hands down worse customer service EVER. I called before driving over (like I always do) and once I arrived, they were closed. On a Friday at 2:30pm after sitting in Miami traffic, they’re closed! Never worn hair extensions in my life. Came in to get a color match for my wedding. Also never died my hair. Yami, looked at my hair went to the back brought one color swatch and it matched perfectly! In and out! Super friendly. Great experience!
