Awesome experience �
A new experience like no other!
My gel manicure has a cloudy Haze on top of it so that the color can barely be seen through. I've been getting gel manicures for many many years and I've never seen this happen before. I went in for them to fix it, i waited 15 minutes and then I was told I would need to wait another 20 or so minutes before they can even see me to fix it. I now have an overpriced manicure that looks terrible and I do not have another hour to wait for them to fix it. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone

Hey Michelle, we usually don't have any problems with our gels considering we use top brands for our products. Sometimes any bleach or stain can cause a mishap on gels. We were busy working on clients so we asked you if you could wait and we would redo the gels for you again, but instead you stormed off. We proudly stand by our work and don't mind fixing any mishaps but if you left upon your choice you shouldn't be upset about it. I absolutely love Bellagio nails. The best nail salon in Seminole county! Worth every penny spent. They listen to exactly what you want and make sure you are well taken care of. Michelle, Johnny and Ty are my favorites but everyone in the salon is top notch as well! You will not be disappointed here. Super clean salon and very friendly.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful atmosphere. Welcomed without an appointment. Was sat in a massaging pedicure chair immediately to relax. When it came my turn, staff was attentive and did a great job. Prices seemed high, but worth it considering atmosphere and customer service.
