I thought I had found my home. I've been coming here since the salon opened a few months ago. The shop is beautiful, clean, convenient hours and the quality of work is great. I'm saddened because I have referred many people here and on two or three occasions I've been spoken to inappropriately. After the first incident, I stopped coming. We have a very friendly staff here at Bellagio Nails & Spa, we try our best to service all our dear customers, yesterday Ty spent a great amount of time on your classic mani/pedi, polished your nails as you asked, and you were happy. You were drying your nails and the polish was about dried. You then asked another technician who was busy working on a client to remove a few of your finger nails to test out another color so you can change out those few nails. I tried several nail salons throughout the county, before I found Bellagio. I am so happy with how great my nails look and the customer service, I will continue to go back. Michelle always has a fun nail design to try!

I went there today for the first time. I was referred by someone. Was a beautiful store but bad service. I was there for almost 3 hrs just for a full set! I was not told pricing nor that you charge for every little detail. I've been to numerous salons and Noone charges that way. I was charged for my color, putting the tip on my nail, the shape I wanted my nail and the design (I know the design costs). My nail tech hardly said a word to me, he made me bleed, and didn't even give me the design I wanted! I know these reviews do... read more
