For my birthday my husband got me a gift card to Bella Vita. I have the gift card and receipt, and do not want their product/services. Regardless of their refund policy, I want a refund! I need help understanding why I can NOT have a refund, when I do not want their service/product.
I absolutely loved how well they treated both me and my friend I will so be coming back the massage was really relaxing and I love the new color of my hair I enjoyed the spa day
Kayley is the best! I had my second Body Balance massage with her today and I felt so great after! She listens to where you are having pain and does a great job at making you feel great after! No more pain from right hamstrings! Can’t wait to come back next month!
I had Carisa today... lovely chick ! She did my hair and highlights just perfect ! But to really brag on her ... she fixed my moms hair back in January. My mom tried to fix her hair with color from dollar general �. Carisa colored, treated, and cut my moms hair and it was AMAZING! You couldn't even tell the damage that was there before ! (I wish I took a before and after picture !) When my mom comes to visit again she will have another appointment with Carisa. Thank you Carisa for fixing my moms hair !
Carolyn Smith does a fantastic job with both Swedish and Deep Tissue massages. She always puts me at ease and creates a perfect environment. I appreciate it that she always does the full 90 minutes and knows just the right amount of pressure for a very therapeutic and yet relaxing experience. I highly recommend Carolyn to anyone looking for an expert Massage Therapist!
Bella Vita was EXCELLENT! I booked a bella donna for me and a bella signore for my husband. The staff is wonderful and everyone is concerned with your comfort. Highly recommend and will definitely go again. We both had a massage, facial, and a pedi and I had a mani. Again, everything was Excellent and the atmosphere is very nice. And for such a perfect relaxation filled morning the pricing is also very good. We certainly left feeling refreshed!

Very professional, luxurious and relaxing salon. LOVE my hair stylist, Hollee York. Been going to her for over a few years now.. I made the mistake of cheating on my hair stylist with several other stylists last year and ended up damaging my hair really bad.😅 She’s helped restore my hair when I thought there was no hope and gives me what I ask for every time without damaging my hair!
