Was very pleased with my hairstylist. She was incredible. However when my eight year old and I went when to have our nails done, the nail tech working on me thought it appropriate to make a statement that KKK (yes, that one) gathered in a lot behind her home. Now, to many (considering the clientele) it may not be a big deal but to a recently relocated and educated Hispanic, it was an unnecessary statement considering no one in the room was discussing the topic. I have been going to Bella Vita for quite a while now and my last appointment unfortunately there was a scheduling error. I was very impressed how the staff and owners handled the situation. They were very apologetic and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. This place has some of the best customer service and some of the greatest massage therapists. Will definitely be making future appointments!
I had the Tuscan Spa Package yesterday. If you want to treat yourself to a complete day of pampering I highly recommend it. Jeanette was the hostess with the mostest! She made sure I was comfortable at all times & made me the best chai tea latte! I had a facial from Lee; that was my first one to ever have and it sure won't be the last! My daughter and I have been coming to Bella Vita for years. Best aestheticians (Jeanean, Kelly, Samantha) and hair stylist (Cora). And the front desk staff is so accommodating and sweet. And the peach tea is the best!!!
