Incredibly Fantastic!! – I have been visiting Bella Nova for the past year and have to say my last visit opened my eyes to even more of what this spa can offer. I needed to replenish my make-up and have been going to the Galleria to buy my cosmetics at Neiman Marcus but I did not really want to make the drive down 290. Great Spa! – Bella Nova Day Spa & Retreat offers a very relaxing and beautiful environment in which to de-stress. I have visited Bella Nova several times and plan to continue coming back. In addition to the spa services, there is a room where you can relax in very comfortable robes and slippers. There are snacks and coffee and tea to enjoy, and there is a steam shower that tops it all off. The facility is decorated very nicely, including the dressing rooms. Best day spa I have been to so far – I rcvd this as my 30th birthday gift. I had the most wonderful experience. My massage was intense great, i enjoyed it fully. I had also a manicure and pedicure...that was very relaxing as well, and I also received a facial which was great and very invigorating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Occassionally, like a Duck on the water peddling as quickly as possible while floating on the water we do tend to get a little splashy sometimes. Sorry for the experience up front. Julie
Great place to relax and enjoy some time for yourself; the ladies there are kind attentive and the Gentlemans massage I got was great; exactly what I needed. Prices are reasonable as well making it easy to spend almost an entire day there.
Best customer service all around!!! – I just had a facial and it was exhilarating. Their estheticians have the lightest touch and were very relaxing. The whole feel and look of the spa is original and appealing to the senses. The customer service was fantastic .......from the moment I walked through the door I was taken care of. This Spa experience is worth every penny. I 've heard that the body treatment are to die for !!!!!!! I am definitely going back and bringing some girlfriends with me.
I will return for more services when I have time. I had microdermabrasion. It worked wonders for my skin and the ambiance is very relaxing and comforting. The robes are big and snuggly.
Employees make the difference – This was an awesome experience. I never knew that a facial could be such a wonderful and relaxing experience. The spa is gorgeous and relaxing, but I know that the people make the true difference. Missy and Richard were both amazing at what they do. Their care and kindness will lure me back. Bravo at creating such a great enviroment.
Wonderful Experience !!!! – I have received many services at this spa including microdermabrasion, an ultrasonic facial, massages, and I get a clear skin facial every month. My skin has honestly....never looked this good. After receiving microdermabrasion........your skin feels so fresh and new. After the ultrasonic facial....my skin was actually glowing for days. I have recommended this place to many people because I know that their experience will be as wonderful as mine.
Nothing says I love you more than a day at the spa! I have visited the spa about 5 times since its grand opening and each time I feel refreshed and renewed!! – The biggest compliment I can give Bella Nova is that I was able to forget being overweight while in their care. I felt renewed, relaxed an normal for once in a very long time.
