Great Experience! – I love this place! My sister bought me a gift certificate for my birthday and I've been back twice already. My massage was great. I was nervous about a male masseuse but he was the best I've ever had. The facials are to die for...very detailed. I even had a wax (eek!), but despite myself, it turned out great. I would definately recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and pampering. Outstanding – After almost 20 years of massage today's was the best! Charlie is awesome! Also being able to take a 20 minute nap afterwards was a delicious treat. I really needed it and now I feel like I am floating on a cloud. Thank you Bella Nova, I have recommended you to MANY people!
Not the best by far. – I went there to get a pedicure and check out the facilities for future services. what a dissapointment. the facility itself is very relaxing - the treatment not so. I was greated by two lovely young ladies who were engrossed in conversation and virtually ignored me. The pedicure involved sitting in a regular office chair and my feet were placed in a spa. An oasis in Copperfield – From the moment I walked in I loved it! The settings that was created is like an upscale spa in River Oaks. It is Tuscan themed and so tranquil and relaxing. I forgot all my worries and concentrated on renwing myself. I tried the Body Masque, Facial and Massage. One was better than the next. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Definately one to check out.
