Dont waste your time! – Set up an appointment a week ahead of time, got there a few minutes before my appointment incase I needed to fill out any paperwork. When I went to check in the receptionist said my appointment had been cancelled since I was late. I explained I had a 6:30 appointment & it was 6:25, the receptionist argued with me saying I was wrong my appt. was 6 really pissed me off as I know I wouldnt of set an appt. for 6 since my husband doesn't typically get home before 6:15. Great Facial – Loved the relaxation room! So relaxing.. the snacks and mimosas were a great extra touch after my facial. Lisa did a great job on my facial.. very thorough. Even though the spa is about an hr drive for me, it is definitely worth the drive. This is great place to do a Spa Day with friends. The staff is very nice and helpful . 5 Stars!!
I love what I got.... – I have been wanting to get me eyeliner permantly (tattooed) on for some time now. Aftrer seeing a friends, I decided to go where she went , Bella Nova Day Spa , in Copperfield. I love the results ! I will be sending my friends and coworkers your way! Bella Nova is one of the hidden "gems" of Copperfield.
WANTED MY CREDIT CARD! – These people literally drove me crazy just trying to make an appointment. When I called the receptionist she said right away she needed my credit card number. I was about to go into a meeting so I said I would call later. She reminded me again I would not have an appointment with them unless they had my credit card number. Spa Services – Have found this Spa has the best selection of services and staff. Having tried many venues, I find Bella Nova to be consistently the best in customer service and dependable technicians.
You will love Bella Nova – I have been going to Bella Nova for years now and i love it. i have been to lots of different spas around Houston and this is my favorite one. They offer a ton of services and the staff is wonderful. The environment is very relaxing and i always feel like a new person when i leave there. I get waxing, facials and micro. I feel very comfortable asking the staff anything and they answer all of my questions. The spa is very up to date with technology and offer a ton of services. Enjoy!!!!
Relaxing and Peaceful Day Spa – What a wonderful treat I received today when I visit Bella Nova Day Spa. I called this morning and a friendly receptionist was able to book my same day package appt. An oasis near home – Last summer, I'd been having lots of stress with work and going back to school, and I could tell that all that stress had wrecked havoc on my skin.
