My Wife loved it! – I bought my wife a massage for Chirstmas. She's been going around town buying "discount" massages from Groupon and the such. Each a bigger disappointment than the first. I thought she deserved a real massage in a real spa. I wasn't sure what to expect because it's in Northwest Houston and I thought all the great spas were inside the loop. She LOVED it. The BEST experience ever! – What can I say they couldn't have been more accommodating. My mom was intown and we booked the Florence. Facials, Massage and Pedicures. I don't think ever of us has experienced a nicer staff. From start to finish everyone made us feel special. They even made sure we finished with our pedicure together. I couldn't pick a service over the other becasue everyone was great there. I love the relax room and the mimosas. I love how when we walked in everyone said hi was friendly and helpful. In response to BellaNovaDaySpa – Well isn’t that quite a response. Let me clear up a few things here – there was no “world war 3” at the front desk. All I did was simply mention that I was supposed to receive the fire and ice massage but instead I received a regular massage. I was not furious at all it was simply stating a fact. However, Lisa who had been providing very bad service after the initial cancellation started talking RUDELY and blamed it on me being late. VERY DISAPPOINTED AGAIN!! – In response to bellanovaspa DISAPPOINTED AGAIN! BOY YOU GUYS SURE KNOW HOW TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMER WARM AND FUZZY. A) First of all disclosing your clients name on a public site bravo! I am sure there is a law against that, that you can be prosecuted for. B) Isn't it a common sense to pair couples up? A Day of Relaxation – A friend and I had been planning a day of relaxation for weeks and finally were able to fit one into our busy schedules. Bella Nova was the only spa to work with me at the last minute to accommodate all of the services that we were looking for. We are sorry – Yesitsme The mix up was my fault. When your girlfriend called to book the appointments. I wanted to make sure the guys were paired up with the gals for the pedicures and massages. The only way to reserve this in the book was to book the massage as a couple's massage. Guys can be uncomfortable in a Spa and I wanted to make sure you weren't. Well, I guess that back fired. Excited To Go But Ultimately Disappointing – I went to Bella Nova on Saturday 10/29/11 at their new location. In fact they were still moving in. I was looking forward to this appointment & having confirmed their wax dipping policy BEFORE making the appointment, I had high hopes for this location. Best Spa in Houston! – Overall Best Spa Experience Ever! Every detail from the beginning to the end is a wonderfully relaxing experience. The relax room is beautiful and inviting. The massage room is first class all the way! The beds are heated, the linens are soft and luxurious and the bed has a canopy that helps you drift into unconsciousness. Best Spa In Town ! – I have been going to Bella Nova Day Spa for less than a year now and I absolutely LOVE it!!! Their customer service is outstanding. The second I walked in I felt the good energy in the spa. Unfotunately, I don't get to go as often as I would like to with my busy lifestyle! However, when I do make it, they always make me feel right at home! Thank you so much Bella Nova for helping me have a relaxed time! :-)
