I've gone to "big" spas before but never had such an intimate experience as I had at Bella Nova. The staff there are very kind and helpful and I loved the cleanliness of the spa. The complimentary mimosas are a huge plus! I will definitely be coming back here :)
Christmas came early for me today at Bella Nova. My friend surprised me with the Mistletoe Express holiday package that included a hot stone massage, hot stone pedicure, and an ultrasonic facial. Hands down this was the best spa experience I've ever had!!!!
I have been going to Bella Nova for a couple of years and absolutely loved the experience. UNTIL - I brought my daughter in to get her hair cut for the first time. Because of her ethnicity she was treated very poorly - so poorly in fact that the hairdresser who was working on her ended up quitting out of embarrassment. Halfway through the haircut the girl at the front desk ran upstairs and said it was taking too long to cut her hair, and that she would need to leave so the hairdresser could attend to other customers. Close to 15 months ago I was given a gift card by my hub to get some R&R few weeks after baby num.2 arrived and Bella Nova Staff was amaizing. Recieved the works! massage, body scrub, facial, pedi,wash/dry(HAIR) and lunch included. Was there all day and didn't want it to stop. Thanks again to the staff and owner for a peacefull quite time and also for having the patience to work with a nursing mom and giving me private time to pump as I needed.
Definitely an "E" ticket!!! This is a great place. Quiet, relaxing and a wealth of services. I love to take the steam bath and then relax in the lounge after a long day. I look forward to adding a massage when I can get my schedule to cooperate.
What a mixup – My absolutely favorite service is the body polish 10 stars!
Can't be beat!!! – The ONLY place I will get my hair done. Diana is the bomb and has a true talent for coloring. Relaxing atmosphere and my spa of choice for a day of pampering. Whether you need a pedi/mani or massage... they are your one stop shop! Come check out.. you'll be glad you did!!
Great Spa! – I really enjoy going to this spa. The relaxing room is just that - very relaxing and serene. Although I have enjoyed other services, I usually go there to get my hair cut/colored. Diane is awesome! She is a great hairstylist and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. If you are looking for a hairdresser, I highly recommend you stop in for a vist!!!!
Pampering at its best in NW Houston! – I have enjoyed the spa services at Bella Nova for the past couple of years, so this past February, I decided to try their new hair salon. I loved it! Terry is now my hairdresser, and she is friendly and professional...she does great work! I HIGHLY recommend not only Bella Nova for anyone looking for an all in one Spa, but also Terry as your next hairstylist!
