Great name poor service – My dear friend gave me a sizeable gift card for a manicure, pedicure,message.lunch and tips to Bella Nova. It was such a task to get any of the appointment date and times I wanted. I finally settled for what they said was available. In a very dry tone I was told by the lady on the phone that they no longer did gratuties on gift cards. I am sorry about your reservation experience here. We changed that policy 11 months after you received your gift card. We changed the policy because we don't feel like we should dictate tips to employees. It is completely personal between you and your therapist. I am sorry that the initial experience with not getting the time you wanted within 24 hours jaded your overall experience. WOW X 10 !! – Although I am somewhat overweight, stretched out from top to toe from eight pregnancies, and embarrassed at my state of disrepair, I was immediately put at ease and treated warmly, yet professionally. Wonderful Spa – My husband and I now treat ourselves to Bella Nova several times a year. We decided it was the best present would could give each other. The atmosphere is relaxing and the massages are the best. We highly recommend this spa and look forward to returning soon.
My home away from home – I have been going to this spa for massages since they opened and just 6 months ago started using the pedicure service. The reason why is because I was getting a fungus every time I went to one of the local pedicure locations. My toes were so bad that I had to keep polish off of them all one summer. Bummer. healing massages, friendly staff , and sirene environment – I have found "heavenly hands" on Candice at Bella Nova! She knows when I want to chat...she knows when I want to relax and she totally caters to the customer. You are greeted immediatly upon entering the spa. Great Day Spa! Excellent treatments, great staff! Hope to return! – I wanted to treat myself to a bit of a "spa day" at the end of a business trip, and chose Bella Nova (based on internet reviews) because they offered Ionithermie, which I'd always wanted to try. It was Great- a wonderful, weird treatment that actually works And has some serious science behind it. We really aim to please. I don't allow anything gimicky in the spa and I'm glad you "like" this treatment even though it's a bit shocking. LOL. It does work and has had fabulous results on people who have done series! Their skin texture regarding cellulite looks amazing!
Best Spa In Houston – This was the best experience I have ever had in a Spa, I have been to several Spa an this one is the Best. If you have never had a Irononthermie it is great for losing inches an improves your skin I was so suprise on how my butt an thighs looked, I can wear shorts now when I couldn't at the beging of summer, Teresa is wonderful I really enjoy Bella Nova, I recommend it to anyone the staff is wonderful an so nice to be there you can just let the stress just roll off

My Dream Spa! – I have been receiving massages for many years in many settings and I can't express strongly enough how much I enjoy and appreciate this wonderful spa! Best Spa in Houston – I have been frequenting Bella Nova since it opened. I have tried everything--massages, facials, body treatments, pedicures and foot detox---loved them all. The relaxation room is exactly that--relaxing. The steam shower is to die for. The staff are friendly and know you by name--unlike some places that treat you like--the next one in line.
