I have used this company 4 separate times while in Vegas. There is plenty of communication between you and dispatch and you and the driver.

We took this shuttle from the airport and back during our stay. The trip from the airport was long, hot and dreary. The driver was very quiet. The trip back to the airport was amazing!! Parry was energetic and friendly. He had so much Information and trivia tid bits he was happy to share with us. This is the kind of service we wish we had when we got here, not leaving.

The lady was lovely and friendly and it was US$35.00 return for two adults which we thought was reasonable. We didn't have to wait too long for people to board the van and we were off.

Needed transportation from hotel to airport. Prompt response, reasonable price, exactly on time as scheduled. No delays getting to the airport. Taken to correct terminal. Great customer service.

our driver was very knowledgeable about different parts of las vegas as far as historic spots, what famous person stayed where and even told us ladies what part of town to stay far away from for our safety. very nice man
