Our experience was mostly good
Fast and friendly staff. Rick picked us up and his intro was very educational. Very courteous drivers.
It was easy to find the check in booth with the excellent instructions I received through the email. I van was on time when I returned to the airport for my return flight too. I would recommend the use of the Las Vegas Airport Round-trip Transfer service
I needed a last minute trip to McCarran, and was having trouble getting a car on a short notice, until I called Bell Transportation. I was a little weary calling them based on the reviews, but thankfully my concerns were fruitless. Dispatch managed to arrange for a limo, so we traveled in style! Top of the line On-time drop off at all hotel doors & airport bus shuttle specific area. Friendly staff even volunteered to work on their off day. Live personnel to validate your boarding ticket. They even place your luggage their compartments on bus for you. Thank You!
I wanted this process to be seamless therefore; Booked everything Online before I arrived in Las Vegas. I Upgraded to a LIMO SHARE-A-RIDE for only $36 roundtrip. I had to wait a few minutes once I checked in with Bell for my car to arrive. Brenden my driver was outstanding and very friendly, and got me to my hotel quickly as well as helping me with my luggage. We used Bell Trans for a company event that required transportation to/from the airport and the LV Convention Center for 11 staff, including 4 wheelchair users. We originally booked 2 coaches because we thought only 2 wheelchairs would fit in each one. The lift in one of the vehicles malfunctioned so we ended up all going onto one vehicle which actually worked out better for us since 3 of our wheelchair users could transfer to a seat (and it was less expensive). This was the first time we used a limo service from the airport to our hotel, and then again on our return to the airport. I wanted to surprise my wife and so I asked if they could put her name on the welcome sign at the airport, they also upgraded us for free to a bigger limo at no extra charge, and the limo drivers are the best.
