Used shuttle service from LAS airport to the Rio! Darling is an awesome driver and a great asset to Bell Trans! An older lady slipped and scratched her leg and Darling was very helpful with seeking help for the lady. She was professional, friendly and courteous the entire ride. We were slightly delayed because the injured person wanted medical attention but this didn't Change Darling's mood or professionalism even though some passengers became a tab bit irritated. Booked my birthday weekend round trip online and it was simple and easy to do. Flew in and got a text from the driver Art that was picking us up that he would meet us in baggage claim. Showed up and there he was and very well dressed and professional. Got our bags and asks if we needed to make any stops on the way to our hotel. BEST DEAL IN VEGAS! I took the $28 Limo Share-A-Ride (which has gone up to $32 but they haven't changed the name!) and it was fantastic! Friendly drivers, no waiting, great cars or limos! I took it 4 times and never had to share my limo with anyone! It costs a little more than their shuttle, but you don't have to go to everyone else's hotels and you get a friendly, helpful driver. Will definitely use this again and again!

This company was above and beyond what I expected when I chose the roundtrip airport to hotel option. The driver was a true pro and the cars were clean and tidy. The time savings that you get from not having to ride the shared van with all the stops is well worth the slight price bump.

Would highly recommend using Bell Transport no hassle at all with either journey. Drivers were friendly and it didn't cost much!

I ordered a car to pick us up from Vegas airport to the hotel. When we arrived, although the instructions were that the driver would have my name on a sign at the airport, that never happened. So I called the 800 number and was told to go to the kiosk outside of airport; when I got there, there was a long line and when I got to window they did not have my vouchers. Super convenient and cost effective ride to the airport from our hotel. And we were the only passengers on the shuttle, so that was a plus. Easy to book a same day reservation using the automated phone system, easy ride to the airport. Will most likely use this service again - I'd pay $8 over a $30+ fare in a smelly taxi any day.

My fiancee surprised me by booking a last minute limo from our Las Vegas elopement ceremony. It was a bit of a wait but it was a last minute, short notice booking. The limo driver was professional and nice. Since we had the limo for an hour and it was only a 15 minute drive back to the hotel.
