The Bell Brothers tradition and landmark continues as set by Bob Bell and continued by his son, Grant. Bob was selected because we knew them from Church and they were our friends. Now the family ownership has been transferred, but the courteous, prompt, reliable, timely and efficient service continues. As their service representative arrives at our home, he removes his shoes as he has respect for our home. I have never had a complaint, and I will continue using their service as I have done for nearly 40 years.
We have had Bell Brothers take care of our heating and air conditioner problems for 30 years and they have done a great job! They always handle things as quickly as possible and are polite and efficient . I would highly recommend them !
To the entire staff at Bell Brothers, THANK YOU for going above & beyond to get us back up & running after the 10" rain in Ankeny on June 30th wiped out our basement. We had our furnace go out recently when my entire family had influenza and it was 9 degrees outside. Aaron came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and showed me what the issue was, and had it fixed within 90 minutes of being in my (germ infested) home. I had questions about how it was functioning after a week, and they sent someone else free of charge the same day I called to look everything over and make a minor adjustment free of charge.
