Good experience....Handled situation as quickly as possible... replaced AC, Furnace and Water Heater. Technician very friendly, courteous, helpful, kind and patience.
They have serviced our air and heating the last three years and have kept things running like new. Our technician was friendly and knew how to identify problems and recommend the most economical way to keep things running smoothly.
A part was replaced during our annual furnace checkup. Two weeks later it went out (bad part). We called Bell Brothers back and it was fixed under warranty. When we called, a service man was in the area. He stopped by and fixed it within 45 minutes. Appreciate the fast service.
