Had a scheduled appointment between 9-12 no one ever showed up. Nobody even called to say they were going to be late. Disappointed in customer service, at least be respectful and call. Wasted my morning...then the best they could do to get the service done today was make me wait from 3-5 that afternoon. What a joke! This wasn’t the first time something similar has happened. They lost a 10 year customer today.

They are there very soon after you make your call for an appointment, and will have everything fixed in a very reasonable time. Their prices are also very reasonable. You will be very impressed by their workers by how good they are, and how friendly they can be. I would recommend they to everyone~
I chose Bell Brothers to install my new furnace last year since they were the only company that sent an engineer to my house to review the setup to make sure when the installers came they had all of the items they would need, no surprises to be had. He waa also able to answer ask if my questions about replacing my 40 yr old furnace. Ask service since for maintenance as been well done.
We used Bell Brothers a couple months ago for the first time. James came and checked out our furnace after the big 10” rain in Ankeny that created a storm sewer backup. He figured out the problem. Went to his truck and got new blower motor and had it working very fast. (we had dealer “X”look at and they said we had no choice but to replace the whole system!. $8500.0) a new motor from Bell Brothers $625.00... and no talk of a new system! 2 months now and everything is still working good! Our experience was great. We moved so saw the previous owner had furnace and air conditioner serviced with Bell Brothers. We had never used them before but had them out. Very professional and good value for money paid. I would recommend them.
